SUGGESTED USE
- To supplement your diet with CBD oil, use twice daily.
- Our 1000mg oil contains 5 mg per drop.
- Our recommended usage is 2-3 drops morning & night.
- Shake bottle well.
- To use the dropper, squeeze gently on the rubber tip and release to fill the dropper. To place drops under your tongue, fill the dropper and press gently on the rubber tip to release the droplets.
- Hold under your tongue for 60-90 seconds.
- Store bottle in a cool dry place.
*Note: Remember, that 2-3 drops is just the suggested starting dosage. Play around with the dosages until you hit the right dosage for you. Once you know how many drops you require, simply calculate the mg per drop and you have your “Sweet Spot”.

CBD & The ECS
CBD works within the body through our Endocannabinoid System (ECS). The ECS is huge web of receptors, enzymes and biochemical pathways which are responsible for creating and utilizing the body’s own type of cannabinoids which are known as endocannabinoids. The two key endocannabinoids that the body naturally creates are known as Anandamide and 2-AG.
CB 1 & CB 2 Receptors
The receptors act as the lock, while the cannabinoid act as the key for these locks. These ECS has two main receptors which are know as CB 1 & CB 2.
CB 1 receptors are mainly found throughout the brain and spinal cord and play a vital role in healthy brain and nervous system functionality. This receptor primarily moderates our mood, memory, motor function and pain.
CB 2 receptors are primarily found throughout within our immune system. CB 2 receptors are largely responsible for the moderation of inflammation and help us to battle against conditions that are a result of an overactive immune system.
