Medium-Chain Triglyceride (MCT, coconut oil)

This is due to its medium-length chain of fats, known as Triglycerides, which are easily digested by the body due to the shorter length fatty acid chains. Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower oil)

Brazil

Originating from the seeds of sunflowers, the oil contains a higher concentration of Linoleic acid, which makes it a wonderful ingredient for topical products. Linoleic acid is known for improving the skin barrier function and accelerating skin barrier repairs. Along with increasing hydration of the skin, sunflower oil also helps to reduce inflammation and increase the epidermal lipid synthesis.

Oil is derived from the dried seeds of apricots and has an extremely light texture, making it perfect for skincare such as our CBD moisturising cream. This nourishing oil is abundantly rich in vitamins A, B, C & E and other beneficial minerals. The oil is extracted from the fruit of the olive tree which is referred to as Olea europaea when in botanical form.
